I know in other games I watched today that there were offensive pass interference penalties called. Dallas had two called on them today and both were very costly and one took away a touchdown that would've put Dallas up 17-10. Instead, they settled for a missed field goal. Jacksonville turned around and drove down the field for a touchdown. This might just be the start of seeing this penalty called a lot. I saw more offensive pass interference calls than I did defensive interference calls today.
I missed the call in question, but I think it's good to see offensive PI being called more. So many of the new rules have been to benefit the offense it's nice to see the defense get a break for a change.
Not even close to PI, there was very little contact between the two and it could have very well be on accident. The corner getting completely shown up and sliding really "sold" it to the ref. The call was BS.
