Samuel Dalembert scored six of his 18 points in the final two minutes yesterday to lead Canada 80-73 over Venezuela. "Had we lost, we would have put ourselves in a really difficult situation," said Canadian head coach Leo Rautins. After losing to Brazil in their opener, a second loss would have surely sent the Canadians packing after the preliminary round of the 10-country tournament, from which the top two teams earn a berth in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. </div> The Toronto Star I love Samuel Dalembert . He had a great game. He blocked shots and played with great intensity. I'm glad he is Canadian now
Honestly, I watched him and he didnt really impress me. Still throwing up that whack hook shot of his and looks clumsy as always. He was playing against Venezuela though. Another note is that he definitely gained wieght. It's not muscle. I hate Sammie.
Yeah, Samuel disappoints me, every time I watch dude he is either picking up another foul, goaltending a shot, getting score on, or shooting one of those ugly jumpers he does.
