These articles are a joke, he just answers fans' questions that are seriously a waste of time IMO. The only rumor for Pietrus I've heard is Giricek (expiring contract & mentor for Belinelli) & Ronnie Brewer in a sign & trade. I talk to quite a bit of Warrior fans, so I know most of Pietrus' flaws, so I would pass on that deal.
Juwan Howard wont be coming to Utah, there's just no sense in it. The Jazz already have Boozer and Millsap at power forward, why would they want Howard? As for Pietrus, I'd really be surprised if the Jazz managed to pull off some sort of deal to acquire him.

Right now GS has offered the QO which is one year at 3-3.5 mils, they probably don't even want him anymore with Monta, Belinelli, Azubuike, Barnes, Jackson already signed. Pietrus doesn't want to play on a one year contract either, especially not with all those other guys to compete with. Sounds like his agent is still trying an S&T but the Warriors absolutely don't want to take on anymore salary. It'd have to be a really good offer, much better than Giricek and other crap.

Pietrus' rookie year, I was convinced the team should've traded Richardson and let him take over the 2 guard spot. But something seemed to change. His jaw dropping defense started to become stupid defense, his athleticism started to look gangly and out of control. This season he basically became a poor man's Bruce Bowen, playing defense and shooting corner threes (albeit without Bowen's dirty streak). I think the Jazz would do better to try Ronnie Brewer than bring in Pietrus, who I have trouble seeing getting much better than he is now.
