QUOTE (Denny Crane)

Patterson basically had a career year last year, and it was a contract year. Remains to be seen if he can come through for the Clippers now that he's signed.
He did play about 10% of Milwaukee's total minutes at PF, but I don't think he's a real solution at PF for the long term. He's got the ability to put up some good numbers, and he is a decent perimeter defender.

Agreed, I dont think he plays that many minutes at PF, but it all depends on what Dunleavy runs. My idel situation would be for Thomas and Thornton to play a majority of thier minutes at PF and Patterson to play backup SF. Obviously, this all depends on Dunleavy and if he decides to get out a run more, which he needs to.
