The six-season veteran will sign a one-year non-guaranteed contract today. Allen, 29, averaged 4.0 points and 2.0 rebounds in 60 games with the Bulls last season. He'll add depth to the frontcourt and isn't that old either. He's a pretty good defender from what I've seen and heard.
Good signing by the Nets. I'm really expecting them to go far this season, really wont be surprised if they make the ECF. I'm very interested to watch their season pan out.
