Great in-depth analysis guys. Heh.
This is just another poorly thought out, joke article. How the hell does this guy come to these conclusions?

The central problem is that the Lakers' biggest off-season acquistion is Derek Fisher, and that people like to revise history and forget how many douchebag demands Shaq was making.

I actually think they would get along. Kobe's job as a shooter, is much more complimented, because he has to do everything himself. There isn't one teammate on the Laker's squad that can help Kobe get open shots, and take pressure off him. If Kidd was to play with the current Lakers team, I doubt they would get very far in the playoffs, but Kobe would have beef with the management about the lack off good players, rather than just taking it out on Kidd.

Meh, if we somehow kept RJ or Nenad in a Kobe trade (to us) he'd be ridiculous. Kidd would obviously stay.

Completely unlikely. Ever.

Both of them are winners. Even if they didn't like each other off the court, they'd certainly be fine on it.
What a joke article.
Why even bother with hypotheticals when the two ARE playing together with teammates as good as Lebron et al? Kobe seems to be loving it
And yeah Kobe threw his teammates under the bus...when he was trying to get Jason Kidd.
Blah

What a joke of an article. Kobe has had his problems with teammates in the past, but the key word is in the past. He has grown up and matured in recent seasons, and has really stepped up as the leader of the Lakers franchise. Kobe will have no problems with Jason Kidd on the team, or any other superstar for that matter. All he wants to do is win basketball games. Personally, I feel a Kobe Bryant and Jason Kidd duo will have a ton of success together. Too bad it's not going to happen though
Kobe Bryant and Jason Kidd would be an unbelievable pairing, and the best backcourt duo since Jordan and Pippen. Those two on the same team would at least propel up to the stratosphere that the Celtics are orbiting in, even without any help around them.
All Jason Kidd has done his entire career is make decent players look good, and make good players look great. Can you imagine what he'd do to Kobe Bryant?
