PETERSBURG, Florida (Ticker) -- The Tampa Bay Devil Rays facethe Toronto Blue Jays in the rubber game of a three-game seriesSunday. After picking up the two-year contract on manager Joe Maddonearlier Saturday, the Devil Rays rallied for four runs in thebottom of the ninth inning for a 5-4 win. eight innings. To get the series win, the Devil Rays turn to James Shields(11-8, 4.01 ERA). The righthander beat Baltimore on Tuesday,allowing four runs - one earned - and seven hits in seveninnings. Shields is 1-0 with a 2.84 ERA lifetime against Toronto. The Blue Jays counter with Jesse Litsch (5-7, 4.03), who wasripped for seven runs and seven hits over 3 1/3 innings againstBoston on Monday. The righthander won his only start against Tampa Bay earlier in theseason, tossing 6 2/3 strong innings in a 2-0 triumph on July 31.
