That one thing is a decent QUARTERBACK. Culpepper was not good at minnesota why did miami think he would work there. He had one good year and that is it. Please put in the backup.

Culpepper was only good with Moss, now he's a bum. I feel bad for Miami, it looked like they were going to have a promising season now it looks like thats all going down the drain.

The kneejerk reaction is to put in the backup, but then you destroy the morale of the starter. Perhaps Culpepper just needs to play through this. Rarely does a quick fix ever work. It's hard to have patience with the process when your 0-2, but I still think it's a little too early to give up on Culpepper.

I'll restate Culpepper is an upgrade over what Miami has had since Marino left. Some expert said Daunte's problem is patience. So far, it looks that way.

Like you have room to talk. I think Aikman said it best, earlier today, "...that it looks like the Lions have teased once again."

    Saban's record 9-9. Millen's 20-52 or something pathetic.

Culpepper had a couple of good season. He really one had one or two bad seasons in his career. He's struggling this year now. Buffalo's D shut down Brady pretty good so them shutting down Culpepper doesn't really come as a suprise.

Saben's 9-9 and picking up every Matt Millen reject he can get his hands on.

Rod Marinelli is 0-2. He lost to a Super Bowl team from last year (Like Miami did) and a playoff team on the road. Both games I has as losses in a 9-7 season before a game was played.

That's bad ... even I expected your girls to win that one!

I had Miami winning their home opener as well but they didn't. It seems that the real good teams win when they are supposed to do so. Obviously, Miami isn't an elite team... yet.

Most of Millen's picks are in Miami now, thanks to coach Marinelli. I see you're 0-2 ... get the picture?

I was giving Millen Credit for not sucking as bad as he really does.

My Dwo memebership is now suspect. The shame and horror. LOL.

I'm sorry. What was Detroit's record? Is there a lack of Oxygen in the UP?

Marinelli was Millen's choice. What makes him so special? Yeah he's a tough guy but that's about it. From what I've seen it looks like the Lions and Packers hired the 2 worse coaches. Both were no name guys and both are proving why they are just that. One of them will win the toliet bowl next week though. [IMG]

I didnt think Culpepper had a "patience" problem today(except on the INT)....he had a "big fast dudes in his face" problem....the protection was horrid and still his numbers were good....its a work in progress....if they play like this though, they wont win any games all year....

Marinelli clearly showed he is the worst head coach in the NFL. Not just right now, but ever. Which fits in well for millen, since he is worst GM in history of league.

A lions fan talking smack about any other team in the league. The lions couldnt beat a team in the CFL right now! Atleast the dolphins have SOME kind of potential. Youve scored what 13 points in 2 games.......?

The Lions are pretty awful no doubt about that, but look at the Bucs. They've scored 3 points in 2 games, and Chris Simms has thrown 6 INTs. I didn't think they would be this bad after coming off of a great season last year.

LOL @ the Lions not being able to beat a CFL team. I think my 3-11 Hamilton Tiger-cats could own the Detroit Lions, and that's pretty bad.
