I know, I always do this, its completly different from the Sports2 topic. I did this all last year at NFL-FORUMS, and Im carring it on. >.>
Man, this sucks. They've been advertisting the Packers/Eagles game on Fox down here in Houston for two weeks... I flip over to Fox and...nothing. Some made for TV movie crap is on.
Why? I'm guessing because the Texans are on CBS and they don't want Houstonians watching anything else. *sigh*
NFL GameCenter for me, I guess...

Poor PA. Im lucky I can see it, the first 4 or 5 games the Bears play later or on a different channel!
You have GOT to be KIDDING me!!!!! So, it hits 3:00pm here and FOX starts its broadcast. What are they showing? The end of the Packers/Eagles game. The Packers have the ball, they go three and out and then punt. The punt is muffed and Green Bay recovers with less than a minute to go.
I'm jumping up and down and I'm all "Woo hoo!" I'll get to see the end of the game!
DENIED! As soon as the offense jogs back on the field, they CUT AWAY to a commercial so they can do the PRE-GAME of the afternoon matchup between the friggin BEARS and Chargers.
The humanity!
(At least the Packers won the game...)

I'm somewhat shaking. This Defense is going to be strong this year. The offense stunk but Favre gave us a few unreal highlights and Crosby was solid. Great hold by Jon Ryan. The snap was not very good. Overall a win is a win. I'll take this because the Pack haven't won a home opener in the last four tries. This time they beat what I think is going to be a pretty good Philly team.
Great 4th quarter by Brandon Jackson though. He had some nice runs in the 2nd half. Outside of that though the running game is the achilles heel of this team.
