for the big time. Yeah they beat the steelers, but after this weeks game, it looks much less impressive. This team isnt a contender still. I think they are holding steady at same level as last year. Not a good sign for coaching staff and GM

Josh Scobee cost them the game. If he actually made his 24 yarder!!!!! and the other one then the Jaguars could have gone for the 2pt conversion and maybe tied the game at 21. Scobee has a great leg but probably the worst accuracy in the NFL. The play that cost the Jaguars the game though was the punt return for the touchdown. The Jaguars were just manhandling the Colts defense and Manning and then that one play change it all around. I think most of what you said is completely wrong. It may be biased but look at the teams they played compared to a team like Baltimore. The Jaguars basically outplayed the Colts the entire game but made a few mistakes. Nothing they can't fix and your telling me because of one lose they are back to where they were last year. They even played on short rest, after playing in a hard hitting and bruising defensive game, and still had a chance to win in the end. You need to look at more then just the score next time.

They lose this way to the colts every time. They find a way to lose, thats why they arent ready for big time. They are worst good team.

Sorry my team can't play the easy games to get to a perfect record. Still because they lose one game doesn't mean they are bad. Plus you wont know if a team is ready to take the next step until the playoffs. As long as a team play consistent during the regular season it doesn't matter until the playoffs if they take the next step. I'd rather see the Jaguars lose to the Colt 100 times then play even harder then they did today and have even more people get injured, then already did. We will see when playoff time comes if the Jaguars are ready. You could be right but it's early to say that the Jaguars aren't better then last years team because of one lose. I'll be sure to ride on the bears ass when they lose one game and tell you that they aren't that good.

Jaguars, in my opinion. showed exactly how you beat the Colts today. They just couldn't quite finish the job. You play good defense, you run, run, run and then run some more and you keep Manning off the field. Unfortunately, you also have to execute on special teams.

I think the Jags will beat the Colts at home on grass later this year. And I think that the Colts will be bounced from the playoffs this year, just like every year, by a defensive team that can run the ball. Manning will get frustrated and choke yet again.

Does that mean you'd put all the other 2-1 teams that got there legit ahead of the Jaguars. Teams like Baltimore have had a very easy schedule to get to 3-0 and I wouldn't put them ahead of some other teams that are 2-1 that got there against the tough teams like Minnesota and Denver.

Not many teams can say they were within a score of beating the Colts at Indy. This loss doesn't change my opinion of how good the Jags are. I agree with PA barring any serious injuries the Jags will most definitely beat the Colts down in Jax.
