9 - 7 Packers at Halftime. So far the Eagles are beating themselves with turnovers. Good pressure on McNabb and the Packers are protective Favre well. The Packers' defense, though, continues to give up the big plays. I'll be interested to see what the 2nd half brings.
This is getting ridiculous at the end of the third quarter... WTF is McCarthy thinking trying ANOTHER 54 yard field goal and giving Philly prime field position? Easy TD fot the Eagles. Junk interception by Favre sets up the 2nd TD and suddenly it's Eagles all the way. Pure junk... And I won't even talk about the officiating. Pure crap for both teams... So frustrating to see a game that Packers COULD win turn ugly so quickly (in a matter of five mins...) I'm almost glad I don't have DirecTV this year. I don't think I could take this "so close, but yet so far" crap week in and week out. Jesus...I'm starting to sound like a Lions fan...
Rodgers is in and Favre has a bum shoulder. This just keeps getting better and better... I'm just sick right now. Ugh...
pass defense was just bad... Favre's one int was a bad decision, but the 1st one was all on Morency. I have to say, I think the D-Line played well again I can't believe Mccarthy didn't do something when Carroll was getting beat again and again, I mean give him some help, wth? But anyway, I think the first half looked promising, the 2nd half the Eagles made the adjustments, and the Packers didn't.
