Other than SI, who is predicting the Dolphins to go to the Super Bowl? Could we get a little support for this claim? A link please? (Bakes, are you paying people to come in here and say this stuff?)

Are you kidding? with my broke ass I'd have to pay them in loose change. [IMG]

A few thoughts (TIC).

1) It s/b Ese
2) There will be no thuggin' & buggin' on my watch
3) To paraphrase Dan Patrick, "You can't stop the Dwo. You can only hope to contain us.

Patriots dominate this game, nothing else to be said about this game. Dolphins have shown they are not a good team already though last year they were on a slow start too except this dolphins team was supposed to be better

Dolphins always play them tough no matter what. So I expect a closer game but New England is just overall better and they should pull away in the 4th.

I told you guys it would be pretty close no matter what. 20-10 final, Pats. I think Harrington showed that Culpepper does need some rest because IIRC, that was the same infamous Dolphins line that has allowed so many sacks. Harrington impressed me today.

I really thought the Pats win would be more decisive. The better team won. Miami lost the turnover battle and NE capitalized.

Joey was only sacked once. Damion Macintosh at ORG could be the soultion. I get the impression that OLG Jeno James s/b kicked to the curb.

Me too....I didnt see any of the negative things Ive heard so much about....He stood tall in the pocket and delivered the football with authority even when he was going to get hit....He also mixed it up and threw the ball all over the field and he didnt settle for dumping the ball even when NE tried to make him....in the end, he threw a bad interception in the 1st half, and that was the only real mistake he made(the other pick hit Welker in the hands and was a deflected interception)....but I wasnt enough to win and they didnt score a lot....the team still made horrible mistakes and beat themselves....I felt like that was the Patriots game plan, be conservative, sit back, and wait for the Dolphins to deliver the killing blow to themselves....

I'd have to agree. The Pats weren't the same team today as they were against Cincy and they played just well enough to pull out a win. Brady is like a volatile stock, he's up one week and down the next.

That would not surprise me at all. It does seem that Miami is making less mistakes (not necessarily getting better) each week.

By the end of November, the phins may be able to hang 40 on their opponents whoever that may be. ROFL.
