    Looking at your creampuff schedule down the stretch, the Bears are getting more and more dangerous each week.

    @Giants
    @Patriots
    @Rams

    Looks like the only games that might be competitive. Maybe not even @Giants, the way they've been playing lately.

    There are no free wins, just because the bears make it look easy, doesnt mean it is. Plus, how many teams blowout 4 of 5 opponents regardless of how good those teams are? This is the NFL, that just doesnt happen, unless of course your one of those once a decade special teams that is going to rip up record book and throw it out the window!!!!

    I didnt think there was any way the bears could win this week and it could make me more cocky and obnoxious on this board. Yet, here we are, and I am. Prepare for a nonstop onslaught of why the Bears are the greatest team ever.

    I have to give the Bears props. I have to. I don't want to though, lol.

    Anyway, they are very impressive so far and if they can keep this level of health and intensity, the rest of the NFL is in trouble. Possibly better than the '02 Bucs, who absolutely dominated in the playoffs and the Super Bowl. I don't think they will be able to keep this up though. Call it a hunch, but I think they will start losing steam as they near the end of the season. Just remember, "any given Sunday".

    No free wins? Use to believe that but I think the Lions are making a pretty strong argument. Whoever is the first to lose to them will hide from the forums for a while

    Yeah, the '02 bucs were ok. They scored about 20 less points in first 5 games while giving up about 20 more. Oh, and they lost in first 5 games. The bears already have almost as many rushing TDs as that team, and about half as many passing TDs. I would say compared to that team . . .
    Bears are a much better rushing team
    Bears are a better vertical passing team
    Bears are a much better defensive team
    Bears are better on special teams

    That bucs super bowl team was good, but got a free pass in NFC title game and super bowl.
    Mcnabb = Autochoke
    Raiders = Grudens ex team same scheme knew gameplan.

    Yeah the Bears are trully starting to scare me now. I never would have imagined they'd destroy the Bills like that.

    Oh, the ego's are flying now. Let's have a reality check - the Bears are good - there's no doubt about it. But will they be this good all season long? I doubt it. Will they go 16 - 0? I doubt it. Can we really make super bowl predictions right now? Definitely not.

    I'm still waiting for the other shoe to drop.

    As of right now, yes the Bears are far superior to any team I've seen in a long time. We are only 1/3 of the way through the season though and this is the NFL. If they can keep this up then I don't know if anyone can stop them. However, some teams match up well against each other and others don't. For example, the Colts beat the Jets 31-28 and they beat the Jags 21-14 I think. The Jags stomped the Jets 41-0 yesterday. See, anything is possible. For all we know Miami will match up well against the Bears and be able to beat them. Then again the Bears may beat them 50-0 and also beat the Patriots by a wide margin. I'm not sold on them yet.

    Exactly. Some teams match up differently with them than others. I think we'll pretty much know what we need to know about the Bears by week 10 or 11. By that time they will have shown what they are truly capable of and if they can stay healthy or not.
