I doubt AK's gonna get moved. Obviously the Jazz have needs at 2, and 3 if they do dish him. But their options are limited. They're most likely not going to send him anywhere in the west besides Portland Memphis. The east seems more likely, and perhaps a team like New York and Miami, who both have a lot of big contracts to exchange, would work. But I don't see either team having anything that the Jazz would like or who would fit into Jerry Sloan's system.

AK had his career year when Boozer was out. The team is built around a post game that Boozer has, not a running game that AK has. Man, I'd be licking my chops if we can somehow get him for VC. He would be the dream replacement for KMart.

The Jazz hold all the cards in this battle and right now moving AK wouldnt give them the type of value he warrants. I think Utah will wait untill the trade deadline before they move him, if at all.

You will probably get much of the same from AK47 again this year, given a full bill of health on Boozer. What did he put up 8-5 last year. I think he'll top out around 11-7 this coming year if he's lucky. The offense is not built around him.

Kirlenko is one of Petey's kind?!?! no way!

Kirlenko should not go to the East. that'd suck, we've had enough trades and drafts and such to get better teams in the East. it's not fair.

but, it is more logical for Kirlenko to get traded to the East, and not the Suns, which was rumored in another thread on S2. that wouldn't make much sense.

No thank you AK-47, many Net fans are complaining about RJ being injury prone, Kirilenkois worse and inconsistant. With RJwe know what we are getting every nightbut with AK you never know.

I would love AK47 in a Nets uniform... RJ for AK? I'd do it.

He's not a shooter anywhere really. He is definitly within the midrange, 12, 15ft. I've seen him shoot some threes, but he's maybe .300 from there.

I think tha'ts the part of AK's game that has taken a toll with Boozer back. He can't hit those perimter jump shots with regularity. He's a slasher type. Defenders are giving him room and he can't drive anymore. That part of his game has taken a hit.
