I hate seeing politics get mixed in with my football, but this story is too odd to pass up. This old Packers groupie is running for Wisconsin secretary of state on the republican ticket and it looks like she using a tell-all book about her getting freaky with Paul Horning and some other Packers to promote herself. Personally, I think most politicans, republican and democrat, are filthy pieces of crap, but I'm a little surprised to see this lady representing the republicans and their family values. I'm guessing that she was much more attractive when she was younger. MUCH!

Here is a link to her campaign website. On the front page, under personal and family background, it says, "Life-long passion for, and friendship with, Vince Lombardi's Green Bay Packers" NO KIDDING! Try reading her special abilities section at the top of the page and keep from snickering.

I agree about mixing politics and football and 100% about both major parties. I'm not going to get to carried away but the Foley Scandal proves that the GOP no more has a lock on family values than the Democrats.

Ya, I've read Paul Hornung's book, "Girls, Games, and gambling..." Lombardi may of been strict but Horung and Max sure lit up the town.
