Troy Vincent

So...Troy Vincent was cut. The Niners apparently want him.

Do you think Ted Thompson will give him a call? Now that Carroll is gone, having Vincent would make a lot of sense.

Then again, pretty much anyone would be an upgrade over Carroll at this point.

 

I would not mind seeing TV repent and return to S Florida where he began his career as a CB.

He was an Ex-Bill right?

 

I think he's actually a safety now due to age and injuries. Bringing in a former Badger though is always fine by me!

 

He'd be twice as good as Marquand "bad Angles and Worse Coverage" Manuel, plus he could light A fire Under Harris' ass because they're really good buddies.

Actually, Troy Vincent's leaving the Dolphins was Jimmy Johnson's decision. I believe that I read somewhere that Johnson realized that letting him go was a mistake, but I can't remember where.

 

I meant that TV needed to repent from signing w/ Boofalu regardless of where he played previously. Its one thing to be drafted by them (a plus for Losman?) but going there willingly, well...
