NL: NY METS (84-67) at FLORIDA (65-87) <h3>Wright, Mets look to continues success in Florida</h3> <div class="pre">Ny Mets (84-67) at Florida (65-87) 7:05 pm EDT</div> MIAMI (Ticker) - The New York Mets hope their trip to Floridagoes better than their visit to the nation's capital. David Wright and the Mets open a four-game series with theFlorida Marlins on Thursday. The Mets snapped a five-game skid, and avoided a three-gamesweep as Wright drove in three runs in a 8-4 win over theWashington Nationals on Wednesday. New York holds a 2 1/2 -amelead over the Philadelphia Phillies (82-70) in the NationalLeague East. The Mets were swept by the Phillies over the weekend and hopedto rebound against the Nationals, but they blew four-run leadsin each of the first two games. Now they turn their attention to the Marlins, who they havebeaten all five meetings here this season. However, the Metsmay struggle against Dontrelle Willis, who is 11-3 with a 2.39ERA in 17 starts against them. Willis (9-15, 5.34 ERA) picked up his first win in 20 starts onFriday. The lefthander was not sharp, allowing five runs andseven hits in six innings of a 7-6 win over Colorado. Tom Glavine (13-6, 3.68), who is unbeaten in his last 10 starts,gets the ball for the Mets. Glavine is 2-0 with a 1.30 ERA inhis last four starts, but is just 7-13 with a 4.33 ERA in 23starts here. Mets outfielder Moises Alou will be looking to extend hiscareer-best hitting streak to 24 games. Alou is playing with astrained left quadriceps muscle he injured on Tuesday.
