The good thing about November is the games really starting getting interesting.

This game will have major implications on the BCS.

    Go Mountaineers.

The rest of the NCAA season comes down to two games to me right now. W. Virginia/Louisville and Ohio St./Michigan. I think the winners of those two games will be the two participants in the BCS Championship game. I know they all play other teams before the season is over, but I frankly don't believe anyone will upset any of the four. Not even Rutgers...

My pick is Louisville vs. Ohio St.

Nothing against L'ville but remember liking WV back when Don Nehlen was coach. The fact I'm rooting for a team that runs the 3-3-5 on D shocks me.

Louisville was already legit. It's a media that is scared to give hype to anything other than what they know that holds them down. It will be terrible if they are not in the national championship game if they go ahead and sweep the rest of their schedule.

I agree with you. They always were legit and if they had Michael Bush they could be that much better. I thought West Virginia would win but I'm not suprised that Louisville came out on top.

The better team won last night. WV killed themselves w/ penalities & turnovers in the 2nd qtr.

I'm concerned about the amount of yardage that the Cardinals gave up, but I keep trying to remind myself that West Virginia was ranked #3 for a reason. They are a very good team. I could hear the fireworks outside my apartment as they were going off at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium.

Wow louisville really suprised me. I thought they were a tad bit overrated, but that defense did well against a very potent WV offense. Those 2 fumbles by slaton killed WV, and forced WV to pass which isnt their strong suit.

I've decided that no one can stop WVU's running game. Slaton and White are just too amazing to be stopped. I like Louisville's defense. They have some very fast LBs in Nate Harris and Malik Jackson. Amobi Okoye is a very good DT also. It isn't an elite defense but it's good enough. They forced turnovers and simply made more stops than the Mountaineers defense could.
