NFL: TENNESSEE (1-1) at NEW ORLEANS (0-2) <h3>Young, Bush meet for first time in NFL</h3> Tennessee (1-1) at New Orleans (0-2) Monday 8:30 pm EDT NEW ORLEANS (Ticker) - Vince Young and Reggie Bush meet for thefirst time as professionals Monday night when the TennesseeTitans visit the New Orleans Saints. The last meeting between Young and Bush took place in the RoseBowl in 2006. Young authored up a peformance for the ages,leading Texas to the national championship with a 41-38 victoryover Bush and Southern California. Young, who finished as the runner-up to Bush in Heisman votingthat season, completed 30-of-40 passes 267 yards and rushed for200 yards on 20 carries. Three months after that game, Young was drafted third, one spotbehind Bush. Now, Young and Bush are the cornerstones for their respectivefranchises. Last season, the Saints were the NFL's feel-good story, comingout of nowhere to reach the NFC championship game for the firsttime in their history. Among the favorites this season to represent the NFC in SuperBowl XLII, the Saints have opened the campaign with a pair oflopsided losses. They have been outscored by a 72-24 in losingto Indianapolis and Tampa Bay. One player who has yet to find his game has been Drew Brees, whohas thrown for just one touchdown and three interceptions. Lastseason, Brees led the league with 4,418 passing yards and wasthird with 26 touchdowns. It also been an extremely slow start for Bush, who has managedjust 65 yards rushing 22 carries through two games. This contest marks the first Monday night appearance for Young,the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year last season. Just likeBush, who pumped life into the Saints last season, Young did thesame for the Titans. He went 8-5 as the starter afterreplacing Kerry Collins, helping Tennessee to a .500 finish. Last Sunday, Young completed 17-of-27 passes for 184 yards and atouchdown in a 22-20 loss to Indianapolis. The strong point for the Titans through two games has been arunning game, which has produced 423 yards.
