We all know what Warner can do in an offense, especially when he has to make quick decision (such as the hurry up offense he was running). We all know Matt is the future and the franchise is riding on him turning into a good starting QB.
So do you start Warner and see what he can do or do you leave Matt ast he starter?
My opinion:
Leave Matt in and let him work through it. This is only his second season in the NFL and he is learning his second offense. He came around late last year once he figured out what reads to make in the offense and I believe he will do that again this year. Matt isnt going to have success throing the ball 30 times a game right now, because this system isnt designed for him to win the games yet. So when you throw him out there and tell him you need him to win the gamewhile he doesnt even have a good grasp of the offense yet is asking a little too much. One of the main reasons Kurt did so well is because he was leading a hurry up offense. Warner's main strength is his ability to place the ball with percision where he wants it. So when he can make one or two quick reads and release the ball 10-15 yards downfield of course he is going to have a great game. The problem arises when he is the starting QB and he has to run/managae an offense and not slinging the rock around as quickly. Leave Matt as the QB, but keep the hurry up offense under Kurt. If the Cards cant run, then Matt wont be effective this year, because he needs the playacation to take the pressure off of him making the perfect passes and reads in a new offense.

I don't think it's a question of win now or develop for the future because I think Leinart is a better quaterback that Kurt Warner.

Just be glad you got the one good game out of Kurt Warner and hope you never have to use him again.

As much as I love the veteran Warner, I agree that Matt is still the better quarterback. I don't know why, but for some reason it seemed as if the offense wasn't trying as hard when Leinart was out as they did with Warner. The wide-outs seemed to run their routes better and the line seemed to protect Kurt more than Matt. Matt's young though. He needs to trust his skill and make quick plays. Kurt was successful because he got the ball downfield quickly where as Matt would take time to read the whole defense before making a throw. It lets the Ravens adjust as plays developed.
In short, my vote is that Matt stay as QB, and let him play himself out of his slumps.

It's laughable the media is even trying to stir up a QB controversy in 'Zona. Unless Matt Leinart gets injured and can't suit up, Kurt Warner needs to remain on the sidelines with his clipboard in hand.
Arizona's offensive line needs to do a better job of blocking and giving Leinart time to throw to his talented receiving core.

It's Leinart's job and he's in no danger of losing it. Putting Warner is was only to serve as a wake up call. Leinart will answer the bell next game.

I dont think the starting job is his to lose, but clearly Whiz is ready to let Warner run that hurry up offense a few times per game, if for nothing other than the show Matt how to make a read and get rid of the ball. The division is wide open right now and the Cardinals can not afford to keep losing close games if they want to win the division (which is possible).

The Cards next game is against Pittsburgh, so I expect Matt to have a very short leash against the Zone Blitz as you know this game is personal to the Cards coaching staff.

Matt Leinart should be there QB you have to let him develop and the team needs to start helping out Leinart in blocking and giving him time to throw the ball.Kurt Warner is a back up if Matt ain't having a good day.

My guess is that the gameplan is going to be to get Edge the ball and to limit the reads for Matt. I think you will see him looking at fitz and boldin and then quickly checking down to dump the ball off if they are covered.
