Horse collar tackles

    I am hating this rule. I have seen 2 15 yard penalties against the bears on this, and 1 was a legit horse collar and the other wasnt (last night). The first one tommie harris horse collared the guy but his only other option was let guy score. He grabbed for whatever he could get, and brought him down. Last night briggs tackled someone on shoulder and they called it. COME ON! Its ridiculous

    I think it makes sense, that one year a few players got seriously hurt from that tackle, like out for the season hurt. I think the NFL should probalby make it a 5 yard penalty but I understand that the NFL does not want the players to do that tackle and the only way to try and limit it is to make it a penalty.
