The Vikings needs are fairly obvious: 1. QB. T-Jack is at best a 2-3 year project, and who knows if he will actually work out to be any good. I would like to see us do whatever it takes to get a relatively safe pick for the future here. In the meantime, since Jackson won't be ready by next year, I'd like to see someone like Huard or Plummer come in for a year (I think Plummer would be a great fit). 2. WR. There is always talk in Minnesota about Moss coming back. I don't think it will happen. I'd like to see a high draft pick spent on a WR as well as the team bringing in a good veteran who can teach the younger receivers. 3. LB. This position is coming around, but we need more depth here. Greenway is still unproven, Ben Leber is a good LBer, but not a standout by any means, and the whole unit is too slow for a cover-2 scheme. There are some very good lb's in FA... 4. Anyone to fill in the right side of our offensive line. We went back to 'False Start' Rosenthal recently. Between him and Jason Whittle, there were 5 false starts in the game against the Bears. Something also has to be done about Bryant McKinnie - the guy is a beast on the run, but he's too slow in pass protection. 5. DE. Big things have been expected of our defensive ends, but both James and Udeze have trouble staying healthy. Udeze hasn't registered a sack yet this year, although he does have good #s for QB hurries. I actually think the team is extremely talented and very, very close to being a dominant team - if we can address the top 3 needs, IMO, we could make a solid run next year.

If they can get another good player in their I would be a scared RB going against that! Heres some stuff I ranted about for the Packers offseason. During this Free Agency season I think we should sign someone from the following position. CB opposite of Woodson. I think we should put in more packages where we have three CB, if we do get another CB. The CB I would love to see is CB Asante Samuel from the Patriots. Another CB named Nate Clements is also going to be a Free Agent. He can be another choice we can take. Also I think we need another FS/SS. We have SS Marquand Manuel, and FS Nick Collins. I would like to see SS Michael Lewis as a Packer also. But I would like to see the S taken first. I think we need to bring Green back in at RB but get him helper. They can split the position like at New Orleans. All of this can then leak into the Draft. If we get no RB then we can draft one. I say dont draft a CB or S during the draft, unless they are very good.
Panthers needs: 1. Franchise LT, Jordan Gross is a good tackle but is best suited on the right side. Travelle Wharton struggled with speed rushers and is more suited as a good backup 2. TE, Panthers havent had a good TE since Wesley Walls. They need to stretch the middle of the field for that offense to step it up to the next level. Greg Olsen might be a good option for us. 3. MLB- When panthers made the wrong decison to keep Morgan over Witherspoon they forced us to need to take a early round MLB. Morgan is a great player when healthy, but the problem is those concusions. 4. QB- Jake Delhomme isnt going to last forever, and some carolina fans hope that he wont last after this season. I like drafting a guy like Jordan Palmer or Chris Leak in the later rounds and developing them over 2 years then giving them a shot.
Here are some for the Ravens, not in any particular order. QB - The Ravens may ditch Boller and draft someone to watch McNair until he retires which is about 2 years at most. Another alternative may be trade for Matt Schaub near draft day but knowing the Ravens, they won't give up a first day pick. RB - Jamal Lewis has a high chance of being cut after the season because of his salary next season. But maybe Mike Anderson and Musa Smith might get the starting nod. OT - If Tony Pashos isn't signed, the Ravens may start Adam Terry on the right side, possibly draft one for depth. DE - The Ravens need to get younger on defense especially. The draftee might share time with Trevor Pryce like what the Colts did with Robert Mathis. LB - Same thing for younger players, either inside or outside. Not a high priority but for depth.
LB could be a very high on the Ravens radar if Thomas leaves for free agency. I heard on NFL Total Access that he plans to test free agency and see if he can get a big contract. If so their are some nice LB's late that could work as a SLB in the NFL. Anthony Spencer could convert from DE to LB much like Thomas did and Tony Taylor from Georgia could probably workout there as well.

I won't be surprised if he's not a Raven last season. The Ravens have never really tried hard to keep any of the OLBs that play next to Ray Lewis.

The only question mark is whether he can be an impact player at the outside linebacker position with another team. I know he has been making plays for the Ravens the last two-three seasons but is he just another product of the Rex Ryan system?

But don't think teams won't throw money around to find out
