There is no doubt in my mind that the Saints have the best passing attack in the NFL. Brees has been brilliant tonight as he has for most of the season. The Cowboys are definitely the more talented team offensively and defensively, but Brees is taking this game on his shoulders and leading them to a decisive victory. Reggie Bush showing some playmaking ability two weeks in a row is helping a lot too. The MVP race is between two players to me right now...Brees and LT. I'd probably lean toward Brees if I had to vote now though.

I think it's L.T. no question but Brees would be my #2. What L.T. has done this year is amazing and he's on pace for 35 touchdowns which is unthinkable. He's going to break the 40 year old scoring record of Paul Hornung as well. Brees I think is emerging as one of the 3 best QB's in the NFL though with Manning and Brady and Palmer. All 4 are an the elite group in my opinion.

I lean toward Brees mostly because of what has happened around him on this offense. His top two WRs have been injured and he's still putting up huge numbers. Realize that he's also on pace to break the single season passing yardage record so LT isn't the only one about break a record. There's definitely an argument for both players.

You have to give it to LT right now. He just broke the single season TD record with 3 games left!

I'd vote for LT also but the Saints looked awesome last night.

Chargers vs. Saints in the Super Bowl?

Tomlinson should win the MVP. It wouldn't surprise me if Brees won because of the whole love fest the league has for New Orleans this year, but Tomlinson is the rightful owner of the MVP title.

His numbers this year are ridiculous...and with that ass whuppin' he gave the Broncos, the Chargers just clinched their division.

That's because Brees just knocked me out of the playoffs in 2 of my 3 fantasy leagues. [IMG]

Brees wouldn't really qualify for omeback player of the year. He did just get hurt the last game of the season for the Chargers.

I think Green Bay's Charles Woodson deserves consideration for comeback player of the year. I would consider Harrington strongly as well if the Dolphins finish strong. Pennington is probably the favorite though.

Most improved is tough but I hate to say it but J.P. Losman is starting look rather good. Perhaps we'll see a return after all??

Good on Brees but I actually can't see him being close for MVP. If LT doesn't get it all I can ask is what does a RB have to do to win.

I know. My point was if LT doesn't win what more could he of done as a RB. Thrown for 10 more td's? Caught 10 td receptions?
