QUOTE

Valdosta - An NBA player was arrested in Valdosta over the weekend. Twenty-five-year-old Kwame Brown, a power forward with the LA Lakers is charged with disorderly conduct and interference of a law enforcement officer. Police say Brown was the passenger in a car driven by 23-year-old Charles Edward Warren, Junior.
They were pulled over at the intersection of East Hill Avenue and North Patterson Street around 2:00 Saturday morning.
Warren was driving the wrong way down a one way street. Investigators say Warren was drunk and driving on a suspended license.
They say Brown was arrested when he got out of control during the investigation. "He would have been interfering with the investigation the officer was trying to conduct at that time," says Lt. Bobbi McGraw with the Valdosta Police.
Both Brown and Warren are originally from Brunswick. They are out on bond.
A spokesperson for the Lakers say Brown showed up on time for their media day this morning and no punishment has been handed down from team officials.

Source: WALB.com
What the hell is he thinking? The morning before he's supposed to be on a flight to Hawaii for training camp, Kwame is getting intoxicated and ends up getting arrested. This idiot does not learn, he's lucky his druken idiot friend didn't kill anyone driving drunk on the wrong side of the street.

Wow Answer, what an insightful post. Thanks for dropping some knowledge!
Eh, whatever. I'm used to this moron getting into problems with the law.

Man, is Brown a PF? I thought he was a center.
Who is this Warren Jr. I bet the Lakers will sign him along with their other horrbile signings.

I'm assuming that it's times like these that you wish you hadn't traded Caron Butler for this idiot.

Now Kobe will definitely want out.
j/k but like you said shapecity, he's lucky to not have gotten hurt in an accident or something.

This is his last season as a Laker. He'll be a free agent next season and unless he puts up 20 and 10, he won't be back. Good luck elsewhere Kwame, and thanks Mitch for trading away allstar Caron Butler for this bum

Kwame is a funny man his pretty stupid too. I think his better at drinking than Basketball this guy is a joke to the Lakers he makes me sick.

lol
Is that a recent pic of Kwame though? Because I thought he shaved the braids...

^ he doesn't look that big anymore for some reason....

Yeah it's his mugshot along with the other drunk idiot.
He must have cut his braids when he landed in Hawaii or something. You're right about his size. He doesn't look in shape (was injured) and his muscle definition is gone. Kwame looks like he aged a lot over the summer, he's looking puffy.

You have to remember Kwame had offseason shoulder and ankle surgery, so that limits what he can do to keep himself conditioned.
