I don't see Law as a reliable NBA PG. The last thing the Hawks need is more inexperience and unreliability, especially in the back court.</p>
Joe Johnson and Acie Law unreliable? Johnson is a proven scorer, and Law was a pretty good PG in college. I'm sure he can bring that to the NBA.</p>

Law has not demonstrated the ability to run a team where he isn't a major focus of the offense.</p> With the other unreliablity around JJ, the Hawks need a steadying force at PG. When it comes to defense, they're both solid, especially when it comes to Smith. But on offense, who knows what kind of a night they're gonna have.</p> </p>

He cannot make the Hawks any worse, so starting him doesn't do any harm.</p>
