QUOTE

Perhaps the most intriguing battle for a starting spot is at center, as Brown, Andrew Bynum and Chris Mihm are competing for a job that Coach Phil Jackson said is open.
Bynum practiced Tuesday despite a strained tendon above his right calf, along with Mihm, who is getting over right ankle surgery.
But Brown, recovering from surgeries on his right shoulder and right ankle, was limited, and so Jackson took a shot at him.
"Chris looked great today. Andrew looked good today," Jackson said. "Kwame is looking great. Have you seen him? ... Yeah, he cut his hair. He looks great."
Lamar Odom, recovering from a torn labrum in his left shoulder, participated in some of the training camp at Iolani High School.

Source: Riverside Press Enterprises
Interesting comments by PJax on his new 3-headed monster:
Chris - great Bynum - good Kwame - great (I think he was being sarcastic) It's nice to hear Chris Mihm is standing out already. Another article mentioned he's where he was at prior to injury so if Mihm can improve on the production he was giving and develop consistency on the road (he always struggles there) he could push Andrew Bynum for the starting job.

I think Mihm is going to steal that starting job from Bynum. If he can stay out of foul trouble and stay healthy, he can easily put up 9-11 ppg.

Mihm can earn either job in the frontcourt at anytime in the season. There seems to be mixed reviews about Bynum. The organization and trainers have been impressed with his offseason conditioning and development. However, the comments coming from his teammates have skepticism attached to it, while the teammates have all said Mihm looks great.

I think Kwame looking great is referring to his new hairdo. I think Mihm is going to be big for us this season. Bynum will be in the mix. What would be interesting if we could see some sets with Mihm, Bynum, and Kwame all in the frontcourt together... haha. Wonder how that would work out.

Same here I think the C position will be taken by Mihm.Kwame is still hurt I guess and Bynum well he seems to get in foul trouble most of the time so I think Mihm is going to win the position.I hope Bynum could improve too.

That was too funny only pjax...I think the starting job will change about this year and if not that then there will be a good balance of minutes between two of the three.
