The operative word in that sentence is "believed"...meaning he doesnt know. Also, two other reports today say Cleveland is out of it. This is a Knicks beat reporter who wrote this.
http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/basketba...knicks_or_.html

So lets say Houston does sign with the Knicks, who do you think the Knicks will release? Nichols, Fred Jones?

If Houston returns to Knicks, good for him. Then we could sign Jumaine Jones or remain Hite or BRob.

Has anyone else heard this? A friend at work says he heard over the radio according to sources, Houston is pretty much going to sign with the Knicks because they have offered him a jobin the back officeafter he retires.

I would be fine with Jermaine Jones because he is going to make the same impact as Allan but less of all this bull.

I don't think Jumaine will have the same impact as Houston in terms what he brings to the team, but certainly can be as positive as Houston is. I think we need a shooter more than we do a 'tough' SF, but I'll admit that I'm unware of how decent JJ's shot is.
Still would rather have Boom

Edit: lol, thanks peg.

the knicks better offer him money and an office job if they want any positve press that they can use throughout the year. as for allan, im tired of waiting. on one hand i want the guy, but on the other hand i dont like the unknown of how well he can still play. either way i think we are ending up with a very solid bench. whether its AH or JJ
