i doubt this is actually him, haha.
I wouldn't be surprised if this was a fake, like my Jerome Williams JYD myspace. I had to delete that one, because his brother messaged me and told me he'd start a lawsuit if i didn't delete it haha

Yeah my computer locked up too. I can't recommend that anyone open that page.
It's not him, but a funny attempt. He referes to 'himself' in third person, and the poll that is posted is ridiculous subjective along with being writen in a way that is unseemly for a Stanford educated man.
Plus lets be honest, if Jason Collins has a myspace his user name isn't going to be jasoncollins35, its going to be "sausage lips"

I like that the Jason Kidd in his friends list has his mugshot in his pictures section. I'm sure the real Jason Kidd loves showing that to everybody.

My PC locked too. But I was able to read a little.
On this +/- thing, though. Take a player, any player, give him minutes with quality starters who have good +/- (pretty much enough to "carry" anybody)...only take said player out of the game while the rest of the starters play additional minutes with subs who have less stellar +/- and bingo! what do you have?... that player will have the best or near best +/- on the team since each of the starters will do worse with a bunch of the subs.
Does that fit our man? Thoughts?

hows about we start a s2 nets group on myspace? just as a secruity blanket, a backup if you will, if anything were to happen with this forum (crash, loss of data, etc ) just a thought. hows about we add each other? www.myspace.com/cougarmerkin

So you could plug in any role player and get a high +/- rating. Let me know if I'm totally off, though.

Pretty much GMJigga.
Take 4 players who obviously contribute to winning and a good +/-. Start 'em and play 'em say 35-minutes.
Take the rest of the team which isn't anywhere near this level...mainly negatives.
Take any of the rest. Play him 20-25 minutes almost always with the starters.
Meanwhile each of the starters has to play their add'l minutes with maybe 2, 3, 4 subbies at a time. Down go the +/- ratings.
So, wouldn't the guy who got the 20-25 minutes end up with the best +/- rating?
I haven't looked at all of these Nets statistics in detail (hey, I have a life). But it could be the case.
Stats can lie if you don't look at them right. Take 2 players, both rookies in 2006. Player A has a higher field-goal % in 2006.
Player A also has a higher field-goal % in 2007. But Player B can have a higher field-goal % lifetime (for those 2 years).
(That one blew my mind when I first heard it. tho' it was with baseball avgs.)
