Dallas' pass defense is really bad. Particularly the right side that Anthony Henry defends. He got burned by Roddy White, who actually held onto the ball, and then was turned around backwards by Michael Jenkins in the end zone. He's been picked on all night.

Vick has impressed me some throwing the ball especially after being tortured by DeMarcus Ware early in the game. However, his passes are really starting to soar on him as the game wears on. I really hate what Mora is trying to do with bringing Schaub in at times. Either make the move to Schaub as your QB and move Vick to a slash type player or just stick with Vick. If the Falcons fail to make the playoffs then I fully expect for Mora Jr. to be released at the end of the season.

TO is winning his battle against Hall though. Hall has lost his wits playing against TO. I think it's safe to say that the big matchup has gotten to Hall's head and he isn't playing his best football.

Talk about just self destructing. I really think that Atlanta has been a terribly coached team this season. They aren't showing any discipline and a bunch of stupid penalties are killing this team. They've had bad penalties all throughout the game and if Dallas' pass defense hadn't been so bad those penalties would've taken them out of the game. The penalties have only gotten worse as the game has worn on.

Marion Barber is such a great runner. I think he's the 2nd best red zone RB in the NFL behind LT. He's just got a nose for the end zone and is always moving forward.

Vick out for the rest of the game with a groin injury...

Quote of the Week comes from this game, By the oh so colorful Dieon Sanders

Deion in the Booth: "Oh My God Alge Crumpler!" referring to a wideopen Alge crumpler wgich Vick Missed in his reads, I nearly fell out of my seat upon hearing that!

Haha! Yeah that was great...I was wondering why he said that and as a Cowboys fan, I got scared cause I knew he had seen something. Thank God Vick didn't have a shot at getting the ball to Crumpler or else that would've been 6 points.

Stupid penalties! Mora Jr. is too busy being everyone's friend, he needs to rip into some of these guys for taking such idiotic penalties that cost us time and time again. I expect him to be gone as well if they fail to make playoffs, which they very well might.

Vick impressed me all night, and Roddy White made some great catches which was a pleasant surprise for once. This team is not going to go anywhere without some decent coaching, in the off-season they should start looking for a coach who isn't afraid to pull his players aside and give them a good lashing for poor play and bad decisions on the field.

Overall it was a fun game to watch, I'm really disappointed that they lost but it's always nice to see them at least give some effort rather than getting walked all over. I don't even expect playoffs anymore I'm more looking forward to seeing what happens in the off-season because there definately needs to be some changes made.

I really did enjoy Deon's commentary as well, But anything is better than those numbskulls on Monday night, Heck I hate that Gumble brother but even he sounds so much better than the MNF crew!

Last night's game is one of the reason why the Falcons won't be getting any better any time soon. Every so often, Michael Vick has a good game and all of the Vickolytes around the world start singing of his wonderous talent. All hail Vick! He's has a 120+ passer rating for the game! Punks like that Jamie Bigfatguywhosenameicantremember on NFL Network start screaming that anyone who can't see that Vick is a great QB is blind. Who's blind? I can see that Vick only has a 77.9 passer rating for the season. That tells me that not only is Michael Vick not capable of maintaining a high level of consistancy, but he must be having some pretty crappy games to pull that rating down. I guess Jamie B. has forgotten the 47.9 stinker that Vick threw against the Saints a few weeks back. Vick ran for a bunch of yards, but they still got whupped. In fact, if you look at the game logs at Yahoo, Vick has had four game of a rating of 96 or higher, but he's had seven games of 62 or lower. The Falcons are 2-5 in those games even though Vick ran for more than 50 yards in each of those games. Here is an interesting stat. The Falcons are 3-0 in the three games that Vick has run for less than 50 yards.
