I'm so sick of him. I know he scored two TDs and the first catch was an incredible one. But he spit in DeAngelo Hall's face in this game. Terribly disrespectful and kudos to the NFL Network for confronting him about it. But will someone please take him off camera and beat his ass!! This whole interview he's conducting right now is a farse. I don't believe a word that is coming out of his mouth.

I'm sure Owens only spat on Hall to cool him down, considering how he was burning him all game.... [IMG]

    Seriously though...

Spitting in another athletes face is definitely one of the most classless and disrespectful things you can do on the football field...But this really shouldn't be surprising to any of us anymore since T.O has been causing drama since pre season..The media drools in anticipation for every idiotic action this asshat does, so expect this latest antic to be discussed non-stop on ESPN for the next 2 weeks.... [IMG]

The post-game interview with the him and the NFL Network guys was hysterical though....A bunch of Falcons fans in the background where heckling him and T.O looked all pissed..When he admitted to spitting in DeAngelo's face, Deion attempted to grill him about it, and asked T.O,"if he knew how degrading it was to spit on another man's face." Spitting in someone elses face is just an incredibly childish and pathetic thing to do. Terrell Owens is a joke, and an embarrassment to his team and the entire NFL.

Part of the problem with Deion Sanders starting to question Turd is that they have a personal relationship. Deion even said on the set that he looks at Turd like a little brother. So, while I appreciate that Deion didn't let Turd's initial remark slide, I did think that Deion let him off the hook, by asking him, "Did you know...?" Of course, Turd knows. He's been in the league for a decade. I started to get sick when Deion started his "why do you let THEM do this to you" remarks. Them? As in a former athlete (Michael Irvin) interviewing Turd for a sports network (ESPN)? How is that different from Deion Sanders (former athlete) interviewing Turd for NFL Network (sports network)? Deion needs to decide if he wants to be an objective reporter or big brother.

There were two men that I was proud of last night. I take my hat off to DeAngelo Hall for keeping his cool and keeping himself in the game to, at least, give the Falcons a chance to win. You have to love a guy that puts his team above his own ego. No one has nailed the hypocrisy of Turd Orifice's behavior like Marshall Faulk did last night. Marshall hit it dead on when he said that Turd apologized like his spitting on Hall should be no big deal, but if someone had done the same to him then Orifice would have thrown a fit.

As far as Turd Orifices' disgusting behavior, I really don't have much to add. I'm not surprised or disappointed because that's what I expect of him. I feel bad for Cowboy fans because they should be feeling nothing but great today about a big win that should help propel them towards the playoffs, but instead, a lot of that joy has been sucked out because Orifice can't conduct himself like an adult.

The one thing that made me laugh is Turd Orifices' new taped fingers non-excuse excuse. Orifice leads the league in dropped balls, so NOW he has his fingers taped up and says they have been hurt for sometime, but he's "not one to make excuses." Let me put my boots on, because it's getting mighty deep in here.

TO is full of excuses, but he really did injure those fingers earlier in the season and is going to require surgery. Now, it's interesting that this is the 1st time he's had tape on them though. Odd too cause he only dropped one pass this game. I think that's a season low.

I will disagree about the way that Hall reacted. Sure he didn't go after TO and attack him...that was admirable of him...but as far as his play, I think he let his emotions get to him. TO owned Hall in that game. He beat him for 2 TDs. He made Hall look like just another CB in the league. Not one of the elite CBs that we all consider Hall to be. His emotions got the best of him. He let TO get in his head. Ironically, TO spitting in Hall's face might have been the key moment for TO breaking out and beating Hall. I'm not trying to excuse what TO did. It's an embarassment and I hope he is fined heavily, but Hall didn't cover TO as well after that incident happened.

Agree with DD all the way. I actually still always had a bit of love for TO but know he's officially become a Turd in my books to. Sure Deon grilled him but later he was telling the other guys how great it was that Turd always told the truth. At least Rich said the obvious that with Turd the truth isn't a good thing. I believe this is the last time I'll choose to post on this piece of trash. To bad cause no one can argue with his talent.

I think it's an exaggeration to say that Turd owned Hall. Yes, Turd had two TD receptions, but both came early and he didn't do much the rest of his game. Turd only had 69 rec. yards and 51 of those came on one pass play, so that's 18 yards on four receptions for the rest of the game. That tells me that DeAngelo got beat deep on one play. I thought the short touchdown was the result of a great catch as opposed to bad coverage. DeAngelo Hall did what a great cornerback is supposed to do and that's have a short memory and keep playing and, because of that, Turd didn't do crap in the second half.

As for Turd's "injured" fingers, I think I would have to see the x-rays before I believe that one. I'm not as convinced as "Big Bro" Deion that Turd isn't a liar.

One of my New Years Resolutions will be to ignore TO & the media coverage of him.

Maybe, if enough of us do... he'll go away. Same goes for Mr Electricity in Atlanta & the Vickolytes... especially Shannon Sharpe.

Last I checked, to make a great catch when a defender has good position means that you owned them on that particular play. Hall could've made a play on that ball, but TO simply beat him to it. TO caught all but 2 balls that were thrown his way against Hall. He dropped only one. Say what you will about the numbers...putting up two nice TD receptions against one of the best CBs in the league is owning him. He outplayed Hall completely. Anyone who watched that game could see that. It's just a shame he had to demoralize him the way he did with the spitting incident.

The last I checked "the numbers" are fact and saying that someone "owned" someone else is an opinion. I think anyone who watched the game could see that Turd Orifice didn't do too much outside of the two big plays in the first half and so saying that he "owned" Hall is silly. I'm not saying that Orifice had a bad game, but he certainly didn't play a complete game. You mentioned that Orifice only dropped one pass. That tells me that Orifice must not have been getting open in the second half. Then again, perhaps your standard of "owning" someone isn't as high as mine. I like to reserve that term for occasions like Steve Smith hanging 150-200 yards receiving on someone or LaDainian Tomlinson rushing for 150 yards and a couple of touchdowns. In my opinion, "owning" someone means that you did it all day long. Turd didn't do that last night. Good game, but not great.

Exactly. Then when TO answered, Prime Time came back with something like "Yeah, but you spit in the guy's face." I LMFAO after that. You could tell TO was getting pissed and I'm surprised he didn't start pointing and swearing at those fans. Could you guys make out what any of the fans were shouting? I couldn't.

BTW, if TO keeps this shit up, someone is going to break his leg or something. I guarantee it. The guy is trying to make the NFL look like a joke and that can't sit well with the respectful, hard working players around the league. Someone will play "hatchet man" pretty soon.

I would suspend TO next season if he did anything else this season.

Stupid move. Fining him only $35000? No suspension? Roger Goodell, not a great way on handling it. But I wouldn't know because I didn't watch the game because the Nuggets-Knicks game was more violent.

First off, this is no surprise to anyone. TO is an idiot.

To my knowledge, there is no evidence of this happening (video), other than the comments where TO admitted to it. Romanowski and others who did this in the past had much more evidence and much less of a fine (if memory serves me correctly). I think it is a good statement by Goodell considering he wouldn't have the strongest case if TO rescinded and pleaded the 5th.

This fine is more than double any other fine received by a player for spitting in another player's face. It was a fair punishment.

Hell yeah, that was a throw down. If I was one of the fans they hit I would sue, even if I wasn't hurt. Talk about the easiest money you'll ever make. [IMG]
