QUOTE

Magloire has dropped 20 pounds since the summer, from 270-something to 250-something. He hasn't lost his wingspan, though: It's still 7-foot-7.

"He's the only guy I've played with who can grab the rim and touch the floor with his toes," Josh Boone said. "Ridiculous. It's amazing. And he's not even that tall - I'm really only 6-9 (without shoes), and I have a half-inch on him."

Says Mr. Collins, "Sean has long arms, too. But Jamaal, he came with the super-stretch."

    I found that interisting.

I want to see a vertical jump contest between Magloire and Twin. Doubt either of them could get over a dollar bill.

Wow, impressive. Now, imagine if Magloire came with more height and hops, and if Williams had more height. That'd be a scary defensive shot-blocking duo to face.

I wonder if they'll get any floor time together. I'm really really really pulling for Sean to show his shotblocking and rebounding skills and get some minutes out there. He could turn out to be a huge asset to this team.

I can't say I regard Magloire as having any form of 'hops' but for what its worth he can do a 360 no-look dunk. Just do not ask me how he gets up there. Maybe JC can take a lesson

Which is all the better for his shooting. I guess that explains why he's such a good shooter.

And that also makes it a little more surprising that he actually been close to averaging 1 bpg for his career.

7'7"! Thats insane. I'm surprised he does not average more blocks per game.

I'm really hoping Sean Williams turns out rather than having a Antione Wright type rookie season.
