I love how TO is appealing the fine. On what grounds? They've got it on tape!

Hell yeah, that was a throw down. If I was one of the fans they hit I would sue, even if I wasn't hurt. Talk about the easiest money you'll ever make. [IMG]

Sure beats getting run over by FedEx! LMAO just kidding.

I'm sure that the high dollar amount of the fine is partly due to Turd's consistant bad behavior. This time last year, Turd was on suspension for behavior determental to his team. The only thing that I would have done differently is tacked on some sort of manditory anger management sessions.

What commercial or whatever is that from? I've heard it before. Was it a UPS commerical for the Super Bowl or something?

They don't have it on tape. That's his grounds for appealing. They do have him admitting doing it on tape, but now he's saying it was incidental. I think it's stupid of him to appeal though. Just pay the fine and move on.

Personally I've had a change of heart on the topic. I said before that 35k was good enough, but I don't think so anymore. I think he should be suspended for 1 game and that spitting in someone's face should result in a one game suspension from now on. Every player and coach says it's the worst thing that someone can do on the field outside of physically trying to harm another player. So if it's the worst then the penalty should be heavier than just a fine.

Its DeAngelo Hall's, the announcers, any sideline media crew, cheerleaders, refs, etc... word against Turd Orifice's.

Unless TO has a Ebenezer Scrooge like turnaround and becomes the paragon of virtue and sportsmanship, he is SOL.... and that is undisputable.

Evidentally Deion played peace maker between Deangelo and TO and the hatchet is now buried. I just wonder whose back it is buried in...
