To me Armstrong will go hard no matter where he is. He is that competitive. So Frank will limit Armstrong's practice time. I think things like this will happen in practice, but once you're off teh court, he'll put his arm around Williams and tell him we're playing a game and competing. Williams will learn a lot from that. He will learn the games should be easier than practice.</p>
