This allowed the actual better players to get in front of the overhyped underproducers who will be starting again next season. Really, there is no hope.

Work hard - That didn't work out Draft Well - I wouldn't count on that Improve - Maybe a win or two would count as improvement for the Lions But their main goal is to fire Millen and name Josh McCown the starting QB or go for someone in the draft like Brady Quinn, if the Raiders stupidly pass up on him.
