I'm now officially on the fire Brad Childress bandwagon. I was going to give him 2 years, but I've expressed my doubt in him as a head coach before (in 'Vikings Onwership FUBARing the Vikes, Childress taking Cheap Shots, Another Unimpressive Signing, and Brad Childress - Wearing Down the Vikes, and this puts it over the top. In games that Robinson played in, the Vikings were 6-4. In games where he did not start, they are 0-5. He leads the team in TD receptions and is the only real red zone threat we have at receiver. Yet he and Childress did not get along. Childress made up injuries to get him out of games (hip flexor was the latest one - Robinson didn't know about this injury) and drastically limited his playing time. Now, the day before Christmas, Robinson gets a call saying that he has been cut. No personal meeting, no discretion on waiting until after Christmas, really no sensibility at all. Just cut. 'All Aboard' - the fire Childress bandwagon is moving.

My Theory: He cut him to spite the Packers since they knocked the Vikes out of the playoff hunt, and now the Packers need the Vikes to win against the Rams.
Damn you Childress, the one week I can actually truly route for the Vikes you have to lower your chance of winning even further!

Childress in my eyes is a mini Hitler.. Vikings need to fire him and as much as this sucks to say hire Rivera
true lol, this Childress character doesnt seem to be too good of a fit, thank God the Packers didnt sign him, although im not too impressed with McCarthy(We could have had Sean Payton!)
