O.K so I was listening to these girls having a conversation about this boy, and they were talking about him, being lame! They said, he was so BORING!!! I was thinking I'm probably lame to, I suck at conversations, and usually bore a girl to death. Can ya'll give me tips on keeping a girl interested, and have a good conversation. Asking them questions about themselves works. Girls love talking about themselves. Asking them where they're from, what they like to do, ask about their past, music, whatever.</p>

Get your popcorn...</p> </p> There's a girl i liked, and i stupidly confided in my 'best friend' (thats what he calls himself) and told him this. Now all three of us are in my science class. One day we're outside doing stupid shit like breaking acorns (i know...), sitting with my two other friends in there Mike and Joe. Suddenly an acorn pelts me right in the face. It came from that retarded friend of mine, who's sitting with guess who -- the girl i want. Along with 6-7 other people. I just yelled f*ck off and went back to work. Then I hear giggling from over there and look up, everyone's looking at me, I ignored it. Nowinside obviously I was sh*tting a chicken, but I played it off. Then I hear some bits of the conversation they're having (not putting them here), and it's obvious that they're talking about me and trying to ruin my reputation (and sh*tface was laughing harder than anyone and doinga lot of the talking) and make me look stupid in front of this girl. Some friend, huh?. I was still calm outside, but the fire alarms were going off inside. I should have gone over there, but didn't. So a little later we go inside, and it's obvious a heap of damage has been doneI could tell. So sh*tface tried to say something to me, but I quickly shoved him away, and he got the message. I skipped history so I wouldn't have to talk to him. He left me a message on myspace that night saying he was sorry (i ignored it and definitely did not accept)The next dayI avoided him to the best of my abilities, but one of sh*tface's friends Bruce is friends with Joe, and told him this (i nearly lost it when i heard it) -- Sh*tface is planning to dump his current girlfriend Tasha so he can date this girl (couple weeks later he actually told me this himself). Quite honestly I felt like I got slapped.</p> </p> I also posted that above story on my other site, so some of you have probably already seen it. Some other things have happened since though. What I was able to dig up was they were telling the girl i was a stalker and telling her about one of my girl ventures last year that didnt turn out very well (it pissed me off to hell to see them laugh at it). FYI All this was about a month ago.I told sh*tface that i'm not accepting his apologies b/c the damage he's done here is nothing to laugh about. He of course is bitching at me about it and saying 'but we're friends' and all that bullcrap. Here's the confusing thing to me though -- I don't really like this girl anymore, but everytime I think about the potential fact of her and Sh*tface dating I get really angry and kinda sad.I don't know why. But the thing I'm really debating here is whether to get revenge on sh*tface, b/c there isa way to do it: when he expressed his idea of him and this girl going out, he also said some things like 'she's a virgin', 'she'll take orders', and shit like that that is IMO very disrespectful. I don't know if this makes me any less of a man, but I very rarely comment on if a girl's a virgin, has big tits, nice ass,or any shitthat 'the guys' tend to do b/c that's not how I do things and I feel its disrespectful. Hell I don't even use the word 'chicks'. So anyway what I was thinking was, tell the girl some of the things he said about her, and tell his current girl that he was planning to break up with her for the sole reason of dating someone else. Don't want your rep tarnished there.</p> The most I would do in that situation (if you already haven't) is try to clear up my reputation with that girl you used to like--tell her your friend's an asshole, and that he was lying about most of the stuff he said. Tell her you aren't a stalker, that you simply had interest in her that has since gone away.</p>
If you have a car just go pick her up, take her to a nice restaurant, have a convertsation. And you'll end up having her ask you if you would like to come in for coffee. If you know what I mean. </p>

Don't stick to just one subject matter, stick to a bunch of different topics. Talk to a girl about herself, her friends, yourself...joke around with her, be funny. Girls love a funny guy.</p> I talked to a girl about this, and she said she likes a guy who jokes around about stupid stuff, and talks about deeper things to see how he feels about things. Doesn't like a guy who talks about himself too much.</p> Every girl is different, though. Not all girls will be interested by the same subject matter. For example, one girl might like talking about herself, another girl might feel like you're being too nosey. One girl might like a more serious guy, another might like a guy who jokes all the time. Some girls like guys who are quieter, and more chill, others like a guy who's outgoing and energetic.</p> Just depends on the girl, I guess.</p>
