I really actually Hope he comes back for 1 more season.. And only Due to selfish reasons.. When chicago and Packers Play And the bears win its a good feeling to beat Brett Favre and the GB packers.. Just as much as it pisses me off to see him tear us apart like we are a high school football team.. Brett Favre has left a Mark on this rivalry and i am not sure i want it to end.. Beating Aaron Rodgers and the GB packers just doesn't have the same ring to it a Brett Favre and The GB packers.. When Brett Leaves the game he will take part of the rivalry with him.. and part of my child hood aswell.. there is not 1 QB that i hate more then Brett Favre.. But there is not 1 QB that i respect more then favre

I dont want him to go, the team doesn't want him to go, even a bears fan doesn't want him to go. Hes a legend, even though hes reaching the INT record, hes recheaing the TD record. Like what Madden(?) said every QB that stays around for as long as Favre brakes good records and then those bad records. He still has that arm, jesus did you get that shovel pass that was fast. They did a ball speed and it was at 61 mph for one of his TDs. You saw what happen to woodson, got tripped up over the Bears WR who fell. Picture the ball from Favre hit you like that. Ouch. We want him back, we need him back.

Thats 1 of the greatest things about Favre is he doesn't care about his INT to TD ratio like QB's of today.. QB's of today will be behind 31-0 and dump it off to have a good rating.. not brett 31-0 Favre is heaving boms down the field and trying to make things happen.. Brett Cares about the team and not personal accomplishments..

I'm going to add to this. Green Bay has a chance to be good next year. I'm not saying this just because I'm a Packer fan but they have a lot of cap and if Favre comes back and they add some missing pieces Green Bay could be good especially with the young core they have and it?s only going to get better. Chicago I'm pretty sure will be good as well. Next year with Favre back and both the Pack and Bears playing well. The rivalry could finally return to the glory it deserves.

Ending the year with four straight wins and looking at how the O-Line has come together really has to be a factor for Favre's decision.

Quite honestly, I think it all comes down to his surgery. If his surgery goes well today and he doesn't think the rehab is going to break him, I'll bet he comes back.

Packers need to find a Tight End and a #3 Receiver this off-season via draft or Free Agency, though. They also need to draft a back of the future because I don't think Green or Morency are the answer beyond 2007.

I honestly believe Favre will come back.

I hope your right. If Favre returns then I think that could possibly lure Tony G our way. If we get him and with Koren Robinson returning from suspensions that has the making to be a nice offense.. I really hope your right.

Also keep in mind Green Bay is in good position to get Marshawn Lynch the RB from Cal as well via the Draft. He's a good fit for the zone blocking scheme. Also maybe Green will resign as well. At 30 he probably won?t get big money. The main thing though is Favre needs to commit early and then the Pack could possibly bulk up the offense.
