BRob will only miss a few weeks. He'll be ready to contribute when someone else gets hurt.

Correction on the circumstances of the injury. He was injured in the pre-public part of the practice, not warmups. The team had practiced for an hour prior to the arrival of the fans.

The sad part is that word from camp was that he was playing well, particularly in the competition with Wright.

I don't think it was the pre-public part of it, I saw him get injured about 5 minutes into it and he was on the ground for a while. I forget what they were doing (either half court scrimage or running threw a set) and I think Jumaine Jones banged knees with him as he said "I want that roster spot."

WOW. If that is true, which seems a bit unlikely...that'd be crazy. Too bad Jumaine's not gettin it with injury problems of his own.

Well Jones didn't really say that but the rest was true.

I saw Robinson go down as well. It happened in the paint area during the warm up scrimmage. Not sure who he had contact with.

I don't think we would have cut him anyway. He's in the same position that Illic is to some extent, except he's a bit more valuable than Illic and we won't even cut him; trade or D-league. If anything Brob is second on that list, and moving number 1 looks nigh impossible.
