The Vikings asked the Bucs for a first-day draft pick for Moore, and Tampa Bay offered only a sixth-rounder. Moore, a fourth-round choice in the 2004 draft, is a nice insurance policy for Minnesota, where nominal starter Chester Taylor missed two games because of a hip injury in the first month and rookie star Adrian Peterson had a long injury dossier in college.</p></div></div>
