I realize the NFL is a copycat league, but, explain to me; Norv Turner, Cam Cameron, Scott Linehan, Mike Mularkey, Mike Martz, Al Saunders, Steve Fairchild, Wisenhunt, as well as the schemes used in Indy & Cincy.

It'll never happen - I've heard he's very happy in college ball. What about Ferentz (sp?) from Iowa? He's had a good track record.

Your best bet is going to be finding a coach who is a rookie HC. I don't think you'll get Washington's OC (his name slips my mind right now), but there are plenty of up and coming coaches who could fit the bill.

    Just don't take Mike Tomlin.</div>
I knew that PC was happy coaching LA's pro team.

I don't want any yahoo who will install that WCO in S Fla. Why not install the Tampa Cover 2 as well? Outside of re-hiring the vanilla one, I can think of no better way to drive me out of the Dwo.</div>
So you are saying that if the Buccanneers would have dumped Jon Gruden after this season, you would not be rolling out the red carpet for him, and blowing him kisses as he arrived in town after driving east to meet with Wayne?

    Probably not.

edit-- I've heard Wisenhunt (Steelers OC) is the leading candidate for the Miami gig. I could live w/ that. Capers & Mularkey might even stay... I can't tell you how many phins fans despise Mularkey's play calling. In MM's defense, he was running Linehan's scheme per the Nicktator.
