Of the teams that are without HC's right now, I think that Pittsburgh and Miami are going to be much more attractive to potential candidates than Oakland. We will likely get whoever the runner up for those two. Pittsburgh, because they already have most of the championship team still in place, which makes the transition very smoothe for anyone who gets plugged in there. They will probably get the big fish, whoever that may be. Then Miami, because it's warm, beachfront, and the owner will dump a truckload of money at you, and wish you well if you cut and run. Who wouldn't want to make millions and live in a great city like that? (Nick Satan) So between Atlanta, Arizona, and Oakland, I think it's less clear. For Atlanta, you will be forced to use Mike Vick as your starting quarterback. Depending on what kind of a coach you are, that could be good or bad. With Arizona, you get a few nice offensive players to work with that includes two great WR's and a veteran, Pro Bowl back. With Oakland, you get a nuclear wasteland for offense, a stong kicker, a game-changing kick returner, the best punter in the NFL, and a young promising defense all under contract for the coming year.

I want to see Rob Ryan stay right where he is, and continue to work his defense. Besides, the Raiders always hire offensive coordinators into their HC ranks, so promoting Ryan isn't likely to happen anyway.

Rex Ryan? To me, that would be awesome. Could the two twin brothers cooexist while one reports to the other? It will never happen.

Meathead? He might be available, and he has experience dealing with Moss. I hope not though, because I really don't like Meathead as a HC all that much.

Mooch? Does he still live in the Bay Area?

Martz? Can't stand the guy from what I know about him. Perhaps he could sway my opinion with a little success on offense.

Art Shell was a last resort because Davis couldn't find anyone else to coach the team. I'd be surprised if he can lure a top coaching candidate to take the job this time.

He could. But would have to be willing to do 3 thrings

    1) pay throught the nose
    2) Give up personell control
    3) gaurantee 3 years to turn it around, and put mega payout for failing to give full 3 years
