It's been all Indianapolis thus far in the first quarter. Manning is carving up the Chiefs' defense like a roast. KC is lucky they're only down 6 - 0 at this point. Why Manning chose to pass on 3rd and goal from the one yard line is beyond me? We'll have to see if KC wakes up and can get the ground game going...
Yes, and what a nice pass to Ty Law. I would say the Colts are getting the lucky end of this. Green trips on feet at 3rd and goal from the 2, the Tynes misses the easy 20 yard field goal. With half the 2nd quarter already gone, the Colts only lead 6-0 (@ home, mind you). I guess that everyone is rooting for Peyton Manning?
Three and out for the Colts on the next series. Looks like Kansas City decided to bring some defense today.
The rookie, Jerrad Page intercepts Manning in the end zone with 1:40 left in the first half, Colts still lead 6-0...
The Colts are done. If they manage to squeak by the Chiefs today, they will be flattened by the likes of Baltimore, San Diego, or New England.
What are the Chiefs doing? They should have just run three times and let the half expire. Now they're handing the ball back with a minute left. Herm Edwards...bad coaching move. I bet Huard starts in the 2nd half.
It appears the much maligned Colts D has risen up and shut down the overhyped L Johnson. Go Colts!!!!!
I wouldn't say that Larry Johnson is overhyped. But the Chiefs' game plan is definitely flawed here and the Colts are capitalizing on it.

Indy game plan, started beginning of the season... They wanted the league to know that they are weak at the running defense. Bob Sander...

Yup, i think everybody is seriously in trouble. But let see. If they are to play the Charger next week, and they could hold LT about 100 yards, they'll be fine. As of right now, Indy have the the Clutch kicker in the nfl. They my use the Pats game plan, just Manning have more weapon.
LMAO! Manning must really hate Ty Law. Good game Colts! I hope your defense doesn't show up against the Ravens...

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Pack Attack)</div><div class='quotemain'>I wouldn't say that Larry Johnson is overhyped.</div> Who is the 1st player the Media mentions when speaking about KC? LJ who has had what a real good season and a half. In my book, that is overhyped.

Even LT gets held in check on the off chance. Doesn't happen often, and takes nothing away from him either.

Without digging too deeply into how you feel about the Colts, I just want to say that I broke Blackadder's rule #2 again. I *assumed* that you have been a Miami fan for most of your adult life, and that you would not openly root for a former division rival (just 4 short years removed from the AFC East). "Go Colts!" (Exclamation for emphasis)
