LOL I guess that Theus will not have an excuse when the Lakers demolish the Queens during the season!

seems pretty stupid, these are grown men, it should be up to them to think about what they do, if they were responsible they would actually be in bed before 12 a day before a game, but every day is it? what is it? i mean they are adults, they can decide for themselves how they live their life, a team should not be a dictatership.

I think whatever the minimum salary for an NBA player is, is enough for a team to decide on an aspect like this in a players life, should they wish. I mean, a club's income depends on a great degree to how their players and the unit as a whole performs, so in order to increase the chanses of a good performance, the club should be able to regulate these seemingly minor details.

There is no debate that all NBA players and grown men and able to make decisions for themselves. At the same time, I think it is a good measure of accountability for a team to impose a midnight curfew on the roads. If a team's players are not being selfish and look at the team's best interests then they will have no problem abiding by it. The way I look at it is simple: on the road you are away from your wife, kids, family, etc. There are not many things that you could do that benefit the team by staying out past midnight on the road.
