    My preference in order;

    1) Chargers OC Cam Cameron
    2) Steelers OC Ken Whisenhut
    3) Ravens DC Rex Ryan
    4) Vikes DC Mike Tomlin Yes VF he has been interviewed by Wayne H
    5) Bears DC Ron Rivera

Miami IMO really needs a young guy who is an offensive specialist. No more college coaches.

Yeah. The worst part was how he kicked you in shin til you went to dolphins forum on the board, where they talk about dolphins stuff, and then held gun to your head til you read it. Enough already

If that's the case, can we see no more threads about:

    1) How underrated the Patriots are?
    2) How great the "Dynasty" is?
    3) What a hero Tom Brady is?

The board is about football for every team. If you don't want to read Dolphins (or Packers) threads, then don't read them.

    I say "post away."

Yeah, stroll over to the Raiders forum and tell me why they suck so bad. It will take your mind off this for a while.

This is a real red letter day. My opinion upset someone. I wonder to which 3 individuals are you referrring?

As to why the Raiders blow; that can be summed up in 1 name... care to guess which?

If I were Bakes, I would care about what happens in the AFCE.

I know when Miami gets their next coach and the media "inflates" their chances then the 3 of us will bear the brunt of that storm just like early this season. To which I say, Bring it.

Following up on what PA said, if you can't stand the heat...

My point is this is like the 7th thread in a week regarding the coach of the Miami Dolphins.

Pete Carrol would be a fool to leave USC.

There has been 1 by me & 1 by Beef. The ones by Zack & Porky deal more w/ Saban's departure.

    <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (blackadder)</div><div class='quotemain'>1) Chargers OC Cam Cameron</div>
I think he would be a great hire. I heard Peter King say on Mike and Mike that if the Chargers lose Marty is likely out and Cam is promoted to HC. He said his source was very sure of himself.

    Could be interesting....

    Vikes DC Tomlin leading candidate?

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>A source said Minnesota Vikings defensive coordinator Mike Tomlin impressed Dolphins owner H. Wayne Huizenga... Tomlin appears likely to get invited for a follow-up interview as the possible successor to Nick Saban</div>
P.S. I am dedicating this thread to Bakes who is feigning apathy about the situation in S Florida. I'm on to you, pal. ROFL

apparently Mike Shula has interviewed for the job, how interesting would it be if Saban and Shula switched jobs and Shula is more successful, and another Shula coaching the Dolphins... crazy stuff

It's true that Son of Don has interviewed; I could accept Mike as (& only as) the QB coach.

Cam Cameron has a 2nd interview w/ Wayne & Co. I would not let Cam off the plane or out of Davie w/o signing on the bottom line. Good things to come to those who wait.

I think he could work w/ Capers and input some wisdom from Wade Phillips. I'd bet Jason Garrett is named OC.

I get the same impression. Yet, look at how many times the phins have gone w/ glamour name and got burned. Blank, while not as meddlesome as Snyder or Jerry Jones, put all his $ on the indisputable one. Mora's speech about the U of Washington job was the only way he knew to end the charade in hotlanta ASAP.

I'm not crazy about JMJ or CG. Junior would be my preference of the 2. As I read elsewhere, Look at what Chan did in '01 w/ the offense i.e Jay Keebler & Lamar Smith. Gailey, I thought, would be someone familar that Wayne would use as a baseline to gage others. Son of Don is a red herring I hope.

As far I know Mora the younger is the only one whose been to Davie. Further, the younger Schottenheimer withdrew from consideration.

Here's what I think; Could it be the Chargers mailed it in on offense and part of the LT was so tweaked Sunday because he spoke out for Cam knowing he was already gone?

Wayne is a shrewd enough businesman to not let the media 'call the shots'. What that hillbilly Napoleon did was classless (The word of the week this week). WH's only mistake IMO was letting JJ force you know who on us all.
