I want Mike Shula....hes got something like 25 years of assistant coaching experience in the NFL and college and hes not that old....the guy is been breathing football since he could walk....I could see a scenario in which Shula took over, Capers stayed on to coach the defense, Mularky was given control to run HIS offense(instead of someone elses) and the team recovers quickly from the Saban era....

I am not sold on M Shula as coach. time for a new direction? Capers, I read, has signed an extension. Further, Mularkey was handicapped by having to run someone else scheme.

The following is plausible and I could accept; Cameron HC, Capers DC, Jason Garrett & Mike Shula Co OC's.

I won't assume anything. Its down to Cameron & Chan Gailey. CC is in S Fla & Chan is in Ga, so...

Its about time the phins listen to me. If they hired Scott Linehan 2 yrs go as HC not OC as I suggested then they would not be in this predicament. But, what do I know?

I look a lot like John Goodman's character in that movie. So this year for Halloween, I made a costume that looks just like him. A friend of mine went as the Dude.

Anyway, here are some quotes that we can't soon forget:

The Dude: What's in the @@@@in' carrier?
Walter Sobchak: Huh? Oh, that's Cynthia's dog. I think it's a Pomeranian. I can't leave him home alone or he eats the furniture. I'm watching him while Cynthia and Marty Ackerman are in Hawaii.
The Dude: You brought the @@@@in' Pomeranian bowling?
Walter Sobchak: What do you mean brought it bowling, Dude? I didn't rent it shoes. I'm not buying it a @@@@ing beer. He's not taking your @@@@ing turn, Dude.
The Dude: Man, if my @@@@in' ex-wife asked me to take care of her @@@@in' dog while she and her boyfriend went to Honolulu I'd tell her to go @@@@ herself.
    .
    .
    .
    Walter Sobchak: SHUT UP, Donnie!
    .
    .
    .
The Dude: @@@@in' Quintana... that creep can roll, man.
Walter Sobchak: Yeah, but he's a pervert, Dude.
    The Dude: Yeah.
Walter Sobchak: No, he's a sex offender. With a record. He served 6 months in Chino for exposing himself to an eight year old.
    The Dude: Oh!
Walter Sobchak: When he moved to Hollywood he had to go door to door to tell everyone he was a pederast.
    Donny: What's a... pederast, Walter?
Walter Sobchak: Shut the @@@@ up, Donny.
    .
    .
    .
    .
Jesus Quintana: You ready to be @@@@ed, man? I see you rolled your way into the semis. Dios mio, man. Liam and me, we're gonna @@@@ you up.
The Dude: Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man.
Jesus Quintana: Let me tell you something, pendejo. You pull any of your crazy @@@@ with us, you flash a piece out on the lanes, I'll take it away from you, stick it up your @@@ and pull the @@@@ing trigger 'til it goes "click."
    The Dude: Jesus.
Jesus Quintana: You said it, man. Nobody @@@@s with the Jesus.
    <Jesus walks away>
    Walter Sobchak: Eight-year-olds, Dude.

Actually, I didn't get that line from Lebowski. I got if it from the article that inspired BA's The Wisdom of Jack Bauer thread in the Barbershop.

I guess things are working out. Cam Cameron is a pro guy and I didn't really want another college guy. Cameron isn't come to us from a position that he was fired from. I really wanted a top notch personel guy and I'm not sure about Mueller, but, aside from Scott Pioli, I guess he's worth taking a chance on and I read, in the Miami Herald, that he will have a bigger say than he did under Saban. It's time to get to work and see if Cameron can bring the Dolphins back to football glory.

Cam Cameron only got the job because Kris Kristopherson, Lenny Leonard, and Carl Karlson were taken....I have heard that Duran Duran will be the official band of practice sessions....Seriously, Im ok with the hire....its not an exciting hire, but the exciting hires never seem to work for anyone....
