Just for the Record, Bakes. There is a Colts fan on the site... Yours Truly. Indy is my 2nd fave.

I know what's up with that? lol Their president is the biggest cry baby of all time. Polian is already bitching about WRs getting roughed up too much this week.

Polian never has impressed me. Team Presidents,GM's, and above should not make that much noise. It reflects badly on the whole organization.... the fish stinks from the head down and for a 2nd opinion lets ask Daniel Snyder. LOL

Only more good news for Polian:

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Boston Herald)</div><div class='quotemain'>Bill Polian?s probably already preparing to file a complaint, because the referee for Sunday?s AFC Championship Game will be Bill Carollo, who definitely likes to let ?em play.

While Carollo will not have his regular crew but instead an ?all-star? crew (best back judge, best umpire, etc. ?), it?s still worth noting the following:

    * Carollo?s crew threw the fourth-fewest flags in the league during the season.

    * Only called 11 offensive holdings, the fewest in the league (most crews had over 30).

    * Only called five defensive pass interferences, the fewest in the league (someone get Polian a hanky).

    * But did have 10 illegal contact calls, which is high, and eight defensive holdings, which is low.

    * Carollo reffed the Pats-Colts divisional game in 2005 (won 20-3 by the Patriots) and hit the Colts with four penalties for 44 yards and the Pats with 5 for 35. There were four penalties called in the passing game ? an illegal contact on Roman Phifer, a hold on Hank Poteat, and a hold and pass interference on the Colts.

Make of that what you will. Polian was complaining earlier this week about scoring being down in the playoffs because wide receivers are being mugged. If Carollo?s history is any indication, the Patriots should be allowed to play their physical brand of football.</div>

Apparently he picked the Colts by 3 on the Globe, so he's essentially a fraud.

Long-term, this is not necessarily the huge game for Peyton Manning. Sure he's got head-game issues with the Pats, but the knock on Peyton long term is whether he will win the big game or not. That is not this weekend. If he beats the Pats and loses to the Bears or Saints, the cloud is still over his head. Sure, this week is big for him, but so was last week.

Regardless of who you think <u>should</u> win this game, it would be tough to bet money against the Pats.

Sorry folks but the SB has already been played & the Pats have won! The Chargers were the best & they've been defeated. The Colts are going down on Sunday! Yes the defense has stepped up big time in the playoffs, but let's not overlook who they've been facing offensively. Trent Green has been awful this year & McNair clearly isn't what he once was. Tom Brady will tear that D apart. If the OL plays half as good as they did against Merriman & Co. this game won't even be close. My early prediciton:

    Pats 41
    Colts 27</div>
Well, apparently the super bowl wasnt played in san diego.

What a Game!! This was the best NFL game I've watched in years. Probably since the Tuck Rule game. I'm happy for Manning and Tony Dungy. New England will be back next year no doubt but this year the Colts got the best of them. The Best teams in each respective conference is playing for the Super Bowl. I can hardly wait.

Its these kind of statements that come back to bite people in the ass.

A little history, last time Bears played Colts, Manning threw 5 TD passes and they absolutely crushed us.

I thought the Bears can't win in Miami or is it just against the Dolphins when Chicago is undefeated?

I think Rex Grossman should put on his old Gators uni for media day to get in Peyton's head.

It'll be as brief as Belichick's just was or maybe just an imitation of Homer Simpson.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Pats_Fan420)</div><div class='quotemain'>However, I can guarantee you that if Tomlinson became a free agent tomorrow, and that "classless" Bill Belichick called him and offered him a boatload of money and a chance to play for a Super Bowl championship with the Patriots, there would be a press conference in Foxboro the next day.
