I have given this some thought over the past day or two. I was a hard time coming up w/ a winner let alone a score. This was going to be a close game regardless Appearantly, the Bears are a bit looser and more relaxed initiallly and that seems to make all the difference. Chicago 27 Colts 23
That sounds like a good prediction to me. The defenses might be a little tougher than that though, causing the score to be quite a bit lower. 17-13 either way would not surprise me.
I hope the score is Bears 153 (missed extra point) Colts 3 (Vinatieri in the final seconds from 58). Realistically, I think Bears 20 Colts 15.
I expect both defenses to play well, and both QB's to have a bad game. I expect the Bears defense will win them the game, with the final score being.....Bears 20 (Hester with a TD on a kick return and the defense getting a pick 6) Colts 13 (Manning 1 TD 3 picks) with Manning getting the ball back with just over a minute and throwing his 3rd pick on the first pass, lol.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (BearsFan1)</div><div class='quotemain'>Bears win 24-0 First super bowl shut out!</div> If the Bears keep the Colts from scoring then HRC will win in a landslide in '08.
^^ lmao, never know, the first woman president thing could work well for her. She could win on women's votes alone. But anyway I don't think the Bears will shut them out... But anything is possible, the Colts could win 63-0 in the first ever SuperBowl shutout, but I'll stick with my original prediction
Watch the mouth on her, you better knock on wood. you will have to deal with seeing her alot more (sadly)! Colts 24 Bears 20 Colts WRs too much for Chi def. Rex sux to colts Def advantage. The balance tipper you ask?? ADDAI
I'd go out on a limb and say it's going to be a somewhat bad day for Grossman, likewise for Manning as he doesn't get to score a TD in this game. Vinatieri kicks game winning FG from 49 yards. The only TD scored is on special teams on a punt return by Devin Hester. Finally someone on defense gets recognition and is the MVP of that game, most likely Bob Sanders. Indianapolis Colts 12 Chicago Bears 10
It'd be so much easier to pick the Bears if Tommie Harris and Mike Brown are playing. You can't blitz Manning. If you do, he'll pick you apart. Now Chicago can get pressure from the outside with their ends but inside without Tommie Harris the pressure hasn't been there. Manning can step up and make the throws. The Bears secondary is going to need to step up and Grossman is going to have to do more than just "manage" the game to win it. Tommie Harris in my opinion is their 2nd best player so with him out of the lineup I can't go with the Bears. I do think it'll be close for about 3 quarters but Indy pulls away in the end. Would not shock me to see the Bears win it but this just feels like Peyton Manning's year.
God I hope not. I don't know if I will watch the '07 season at all if he does. Manning this, Manning that. Manning Network instead of NFL Network. NFL Manning Ticket instead of NFL Sunday Ticket on DirecTV.

So I guess this is where we're posting our SB predictions? Ok well I fully expect the Colts to dominate this game, but I'll give the Bears a chance to make a late run. They're bound to get a TD from their D or special teams. Prediction: <strike>Pats</strike> :crying: Colts 28 Bears 20

Your score are very close, but i just dont see bears defense stoping that dominant offense all day. by the second half it sould be 10-10, end of 4th qauter i see it 20, 13 colts. Grossman gives up 2 into's. Bears force 1 fumble.
