Coach Lawrence Frank said Kidd could be out for a few days.
"He had a back problem last year, so it's going to take some time,'' Frank said. "He's been to a chiropractor the past two days, so he's very stiff. Even if it was a regular season game, he couldn't play.''
Antoine Wright, who sprained his left ankle in the Nets' win in Philadelphia Friday, also did not play. Nenad Krstic is still rehabbing his left knee and did not suit up.

QUOTE

Rookie Sean Williams had four points and five rebounds, including a thunderous putback dunk in his Nets' debut. Didn't get to watch. Did VC and RJ play in the third quarter? How could a rookie score dominate vets like Magloire, Collins, and Allen? I thought our frontline was stronger now.

The foul calls on Williams are a bummer when looking at the statline but it is to be expected for a rookie shotblocker. sigh

I wanna actually SEE them play. Tonight, I'll get YES and/or MSG...so I'll let all you non-NY/NJ guys know what I think when I actually watch the game.
