I hear Mr. Goodell wants to stage a Super Bowl in London at some future date.
Mr. Goodell, don't be Vince McMahon, just be Roger Goodell. What is wrong with having the Super Bowl right here in America. It is our game. The Brits don't come here for their "footy" finals, or their Cricket tournaments. Let them spend their money to come here and see it.
You want to do something that'll have an impact, give Pottsville back their 1925 Championship, and play some pre season games in some smaller towns here in America. I like that idea of preseason NFL games in smaller cities. For example, have the Seahawks play in Spokane, WA and other such smallish places. Perhaps have the Cowboys host a game in Texarkana. If they are hell-bent on marketing to different countries, I think they should expand the league and stick new teams in those countries.

This isn't good for some of the people that live here in America. Some people can't afford to buy plane tickets to London.

No real football fans go to the Super Bowl anyway.
As long as it's on TV, they can play the fukcing thing on Mars.
Actually, they should just have it in New Orleans for the next 20 years so the billions of corporate dollars go to a city that needs it.

I don't really care where the Superbowl os at as long as they show it on TV thats all I care. But It would be nice to have a Superbowl in London though.

I don't see why the NFL is so intent on marketing the game overseas anyway. They've got all the money they need in North America and the rest of the world doesn't really relate to the game that much (see NFL Europe).

How aboutReykjavik & Helsinki if London does not pan out? rofl
Have they considered moving thePro Bowl?Cancun might be a good spot

What would the time difference be from London to LA? Isn't that like 8 hours? This is a ridiculously stupid idea.

Yeah the superbowl would air like at 12pm if played in London if not earlier....and I would sacrafic alot to get a NFL team in Toronto.

Just as the previous Commissioner tried to set up a separate league in Europe, that failed as well. OldBob is one step ahead of you, he already realizes what the intent was, as do we all.
