RJ and Krstic may do well but if the team struggles, you can say goodbye to RJ and maybe even Krstic.

Shouldn't it be that he would be traded? The better he plays, the higher his trade value, the more the Nets could get for him, and the better chance for a team to want to trade for him.

That's my point though, if RJ plays well and the Nets struggle, his trade value is high. This can make it a lot easier to get Jermaine O'Neal. It'll benefit both teams in that they get what they want and the Nets will be set for contention of the NBA ring.

I can't picture Krstic being here though if JO comes in.

PG:Kidd
SG:Carter
SF:Nachbar
PF:O'Neal
C:Magloire
And just for the record RJ AND Krstic have both already been offered before in June, so don't feel so comfortable thinking Thorn will never offer those two. The dealbreaker was MW. If he weren't asked, O'Neal would've been playing last night

With the bench we have, this team is much better then the current starting lineup.

Not a lot of people look at O'Neal as a true all-star but the man averages great numbers and believe it or not is a better post presence then the one and only Kevin Garnett. JO is three times the player Krstic will ever be. And just for the record, me saying JO is a better post presence does not mean I think he's better then KG. It's just a simple old fact that KG shys away from the basket a lot and relies on his jumper when he can't break down the defense.

Wright would start. We need Snackbar off the bench.

Hahahaha. You said KG and post presence! ROFLness.

It takes zero defensive presence to force JON out of his comfort spot and into shooting his weak fade away.

JON is as overrated as they come.

I'm bored:
Richard Jefferson, Sean Williams, Marcus Williams, Bernard Robinson, Mile Ilic, for Jermaine O'Neil
Nenad Krstic for Josh Smith
Kidd/D.Armstrong/Hite Carter/Wright Smith/Nachbar O'Neil/Boone/Allen Collins/Magloire

Unless RJ and Krstic help bring a ring here, I will give them both up for Jermaine O'Neals post presence. JO/Magloire/Collins/SW/Boone is a VERY good frontcourt. One that is enough to compete against the elite teams.

If come December we're well over .500, then to hell with trades but if we're at.500 or a little below, it's time to get him. I'm not interested in another second round exit.
